01Who we are

This policy explains how CoreRise Developments (“CoreRise”, “we”, “us”), Opp. Joyville, Beside Siddhivinayak Bharat Petroleum, Shewalwadi Fata, Hadapsar, Pune, Maharashtra 412307, GSTIN 27BRTPT7255H1ZW, collects and uses personal data through corerisedevelopments.com, our enquiry form, WhatsApp, phone and email. For the purposes of India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, we are the Data Fiduciary for the personal data described here.

02Personal data we collect

We only collect what we need to reply to you and to deliver work you ask for:

• Enquiry details: your name, WhatsApp or phone number, email address, business name, city, website or Instagram link, the services you are interested in, budget range and your message.
• Client project details: logins, brand files, photos, product information and other material you share so we can deliver an agreed project.
• Billing details: business name, address and GSTIN for invoices.
• Website usage data: pages visited, device and browser type and approximate location, collected through analytics and advertising tools if they are enabled on this website.

We do not ask for card numbers, bank passwords or government ID numbers through this website.

03Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and send you options, proposals and quotes.
• To deliver the services or supplies you have agreed to, and to communicate with you about them.
• To raise invoices and meet our tax and legal obligations.
• To understand how this website is used and improve it.
• To measure and improve our own advertising, where analytics or advertising tools are enabled.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for purposes unrelated to the ones above.

04Consent

When you send us an enquiry through the form, WhatsApp, phone or email, you consent to us using the details you share to respond to you. You can withdraw your consent at any time by messaging or emailing us. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it, and it does not affect anything we did with your data before you withdrew it.

05WhatsApp and other services we use

Our enquiry form opens WhatsApp with your message filled in. Messages sent through WhatsApp are also handled under WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy policy. We also use email, website hosting and, where enabled, Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel. These providers process data on our behalf or under their own policies, and some of them may store data outside India.

06Cookies

This website itself does not need cookies to work. If analytics or advertising tools are enabled, they may set cookies to measure visits and the performance of our ads. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time; the website will still work.

07How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to respond and follow up on your enquiry. If you become a client, we keep project and billing records for as long as the work continues and afterwards for the period required by tax and other laws. When data is no longer needed for these purposes, or you withdraw consent, we delete it unless the law requires us to keep it.

08How we protect it

We limit access to personal data to the people who need it to do their work, use password-protected accounts and reputable service providers, and handle client logins with care. If a personal data breach affects you, we will inform you and the authorities as required by law.

• ask us to correct, complete, update or erase your personal data;

Our services are meant for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has shared personal data with us, contact us and we will delete it.
