01Overview

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for services and supplies from CoreRise Developments. If your written quote or agreement includes different cancellation or refund terms, those terms apply.

02Free audit and consultation

Our 15-minute audit and first consultation are free. There is nothing to cancel or refund.

03Cancelling before work starts

You can cancel a confirmed project by WhatsApp or email before work starts. We refund any advance paid, minus third-party costs already incurred for your project (such as a domain, hosting, stock media or booked shoot costs).

04Cancelling after work starts

If you cancel after work has started, you pay for the work completed up to the date of cancellation and for costs already incurred. If your advance is more than this amount, we refund the difference. Work completed is shared with you once these amounts are settled.

05Monthly plans

Monthly plans such as social media management, local SEO and ad management can be stopped with written notice before the next billing cycle. Fees for a month in which work has already started are not refundable.

06Ad spend and third-party charges

Advertising budgets are paid directly to Meta, Google or other platforms and are governed by their refund rules. Domains, hosting, plugins, stock media and printing are subject to the refund rules of those providers.

07Granite, stone and other goods

Cancellations and returns for supplies are handled as per the order terms in your quote. Stone that has been cut, processed or ordered specially for your project cannot be returned. Please check deliveries on arrival and report any transit damage or shortage within 48 hours, with photos, so we can resolve it.

08How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method or by bank transfer within 7 to 10 working days of approval.

09How to cancel or ask a question
