01About these terms

These terms apply to your use of corerisedevelopments.com and to services and supplies provided by CoreRise Developments, Opp. Joyville, Beside Siddhivinayak Bharat Petroleum, Shewalwadi Fata, Hadapsar, Pune, Maharashtra 412307, GSTIN 27BRTPT7255H1ZW. By using this website or accepting a quote from us, you agree to these terms. If a signed agreement or written quote with you says something different, that document applies for that work.

02Our services

We provide digital marketing services (websites, social media management, shoots and video, local SEO, paid advertising and branding) and take enquiries for import and export trade, granite and stone supply, and infrastructure work. The exact scope, deliverables, timeline and price of any work are set out in a written quote or proposal. Anything not listed there is outside the agreed scope and may be quoted separately.

03Quotes and payment

• Quotes are valid for the period stated on them. If no period is stated, a quote is valid for 15 days.
• Payment terms, including any advance, are stated in the quote or invoice. Work is scheduled once the advance, if any, is received.
• GST and other applicable taxes are charged as per law.
• If a payment is overdue, we may pause work until it is cleared. Timelines move by the length of the pause.

04Your responsibilities

• Share content, approvals, logins and feedback on time. Timelines depend on these and move if they are delayed.
• Make sure the material you give us (logos, photos, text, product claims) is yours to use and is accurate and lawful.
• Review and approve work at each stage. Changes after approval may be charged as additional work.

05Third-party costs and platforms

Advertising budgets are paid by you directly to Meta, Google or other platforms and are not part of our fee unless the quote says otherwise. Domains, hosting, themes, plugins, stock media, printing and similar third-party costs are either paid by you directly or billed at cost, as stated in the quote. Third-party platforms have their own rules and can change their features, policies or pricing at any time; we are not responsible for decisions they make, such as rejecting an ad or restricting an account.

06Ownership of work

Once the related invoices are paid in full, the final deliverables we create for you (for example your logo files, website content and designs) belong to you. Your domain, hosting, Google Business Profile, social media and ad accounts are set up in your business’s name wherever possible, and you keep access to them. We keep the right to our general know-how, tools and templates, and we may show the work in our portfolio and social media unless you ask us in writing not to.

07Results

We plan and run every project to bring you more visibility and enquiries, but we cannot guarantee specific rankings, leads, sales or ad results. These depend on factors outside our control, including your market, competition, budget, offer and platform algorithms.

08Supplies and sector work

Supplies of granite and stone, trade services and infrastructure work are governed by the specific quote or order for that work, including specifications, quantities, delivery terms and timelines. Natural stone varies in colour, pattern and veining from piece to piece and from samples or photos; this natural variation is not a defect.

09Confidentiality

We keep the business information you share with us confidential and use it only to deliver your work, except where we must share it to deliver the service (for example with a printer or platform) or where the law requires it.

10Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount you paid us for that specific service. We are not liable for indirect losses such as loss of profit, business or data.

11Ending work

Either side may end ongoing work by written notice, as set out in the quote. Fees for work completed and costs already incurred up to that point remain payable. Our Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled.

12Use of this website

The content on this website is for general information. You may not copy it for commercial use, misuse the enquiry form, or try to disrupt the website. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.

13Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will first be discussed in good faith; if it cannot be resolved, the courts at Pune, Maharashtra will have jurisdiction.
