What a month of social media looks like when it’s planned properly
Posting whenever you remember leads to gaps, rushed captions and no results. A monthly plan fixes that. This is how we plan a month for our clients.

Start with what you want to sell
A service, an offer or a season, like Diwali, wedding season or the monsoon. Every week of content should point back to it.
Mix the content
Plan a steady mix of your work, your process, proof from customers, useful tips and the occasional offer, so the feed never feels like one long advert.
Put it all in one calendar
One row per day: the format, the topic, what you’ll post, the story plan, the caption direction and the call to action. Approve the whole month before posting starts.
Produce in batches
Shoot and design in one or two sessions instead of scrambling every morning. The quality goes up and the stress goes down.
Post, reply and note the enquiries
Reply to comments and messages within the day, and keep a note of which posts brought enquiries.
Report at the end of the month
What brought enquiries, what didn’t, and what changes next month. Keep it short and in plain language.
